Essential elements to co-create a place that embodies coherence and emergence
We start with the "Why?" These values help us ground to the reason behind wanting to become a village. They are also a tool to help others determine their resonance and desire to lean in to what we are envisioning.
Values are always a work in progress, and will evole as we collectively & collaboratively respond to what is emerging.

Next, we define the essential elements of the "What?" We give these threads deliberate attention to as we move from dreaming of someday living with our friends to making it a reality.
No one person is responsible for all of these threads.
Village-mates may each come with their own particular skills to offer in these domains, as well as a willingness to learn new skills.
As we grow, these will each become interconnected working teams or guilds that steward key work in each domain and collaborate across domains.

A village happens in stages. The threads described above weave together and proceed in parallel across project phases. Many parts of the process depend on key decisions being made and actions completed in order for all parts of the project to move forward.
We are thinking of this village in the following stages, and presently in the dream stage.
